Board issue statement...

The National League North and South have been suspended.

The decision to put action on hold for a two-week period comes after clubs were consulted regarding the ending of Government grants.

Boston United were due to host Brackley tomorrow.

A statement from The National League board, who met today reads: “Following the review of the feedback from cxlubs in connection to the recent clubs meeting, a board meeting this morning decided to halt the participation in the North/South Divisions for a two-week period, effective immediately.

“As a result, tomorrow's games are formally postponed.”
