APPEAL: Scouts hut ransacked by cruel yobs
The incident occurred on the evening of Thursday, September 24.
No items are belived to have been stolen, but the hut on Gildingwells Road was ‘turned upside down’.

Hide AdCub scout leader Rebecca Holt, arrived the next day to start activities with the group before noticing the devastation.
“I was very angry,” she said.
“I was just thinking about the children.
“The whole village is upset about it. The hut has been here for years and years.
She added: “Some of the parents had arrived early and they were shocked.
“It was completely turned upside down.”
Rebecca told the Guardian that camping equipment, lawnmowers and six axes had been put into bin liners, as if the burglars were planning to come back or were disturbed.
Around 35 children attend the group every Friday.
“They had smashed a window,” Rebecca said.
“The store room was also broken into.

Hide AdA South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Between midday on Thursday, 24 September and 5pm on Friday, 25 September, persons unknown are alleged to have forced entry to the building in Gildingwells Road, causing damage.
“Damage was also caused within the premises.
“If you witnessed the burglary or hold any information that could help officers, please call 101 or email [email protected] quoting incident number 871 of 25 September 2015.”
