Thursday, 9.32am - A CRACKDOWN on TV licence evasion has seen more than 200 licence dodgers caught in Skegness this year.
Since the start of the year, 205 people were caught without a licence, which can lead to a prosecution and fine of up to £1,000.

Mark Whitehouse, TV Licensing spokesperson for East Anglia, said: "These latest figures show how effective TV Licensing is at catching evaders in Skegness on behalf of the honest majority who pay.

"We would much rather people buy a licence rather than risk prosecution and a fine, which is why we offer a convenient range of ways to pay."
